Ingredients:
1 oz (30 ml) Varnelli Anice Secco
1 oz (30 ml) Moka Varnelli
½ oz (15 ml) Armagnac Castarede Selection
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon
Method: Stir all the ingredients together and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: orange peel and fennel cream.
