Ingredients:
1.5 oz (45 ml) Becherovka
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Varnelli Amaro Dell’Erborista
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup
12 drops Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
1 dash of Angostura
3 dashes of Maraschino
Top with soda water
Method: build in a rocks glass with a couple of rocks.
Garnish: with grapefruit twist.
