Ingredents:
 
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Varnelli Anice Secco
 
1 dash Cinnamon Tincture
 
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Rhum Vieux Agricole
 
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Pineau De Charente
 
1 dash Bitter Truth Decanter’s Bitters
 
 
Method: Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled tumbler filled with an ice sphere.
 
 
Garnish: Star anise pod and half dry fig with oils from orange peel.
 
 
Glassware: Old fashioned glass
